Core Patents (Foundational Patents)
Integrated-spectrum light-source technology based on photon conversion + light extraction
Light-conversion nanomaterials are applied to a white LED light source to produce visible light and near-infrared light simultaneously. Light-extraction structures minimize optical loss, delivering both high spectral quality and luminous efficacy.
Unlike conventional systems that combine separate RGB and IR LEDs, this architecture engineers the spectrum from a single light source, simplifying lighting systems and reducing costs.
