A technology leader with more than 30 years of experience in optical design, LED devices, and lighting, Ko is the inventor of foundational LED lighting technologies based on light-conversion films, light extraction, and solution-based coating of light-conversion materials.

He leads the entire process from optical design through product development, driving LEDON’s growth as a Bio-Light technology platform company.

A sales and marketing specialist with more than 20 years of experience across private-sector LED lighting (B2B and B2C) and public procurement (B2G), Jang has successfully led a wide range of lighting businesses.

Drawing on extensive field experience, he leads public-procurement market development, strategic partnerships, and new-business development while overseeing procurement and strategic-account development.
